EUPO Residents’ Course 2009 – Reduced Fee
Participants attending SOE 2009 and the EUPO Course 2009, 12–13 June, will
receive a 50% reduction of the EUPO
Residents’ Course registration fee.
The reduced fee only includes admission to the EUPO Residents’ Course 12–13
June. The reduced fee does not include the
EUPO course Syllabus book, lunch 12 June, certification or EUPO Party 12
June. |

** Young East European Residents and Ophthalmologists who are under the age of
40 and have submitted an abstract pay a reduced fee if they register and pay
before 17 February, 2009. A copy of ID must be submitted with registration.

2009. The following countries are considered East European: Albania, Armenia,
Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, The Czech
Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldavia,
Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and
Yugoslavia. The Netherland VAT 19% is included in the registration fees. All
registration fees are in Euro (€).
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. In order
to receive an email confirmation, please indicate your email
address when you register. Registration for events that are
included in the registration fee will only be confirmed if
ticked “yes” upon registration. Please note that registration
for the various tours and events will be confirmed
upon payment on a “first come, first served” basis, and
numbers are restricted. Please follow carefully the payment
instructions for all fees involved.

Please note that the reduced fee only includes admission

The Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons includes
- Public Transportation Card
- Welcome Reception, 13 June
- Amsterdam Tour 12 June OR 13 June
- Admission to the Exhibition
Please note that the registered accompanying person’s fee
does not include admission to the scientific sessions or the
Congress documentation.
Young East European Residents and Ophthalmologists
Young East European participants who are under the age of
40 and have submitted an abstract pay a reduced fee if they
register and pay before 17 February 2009. A copy of ID must
be submitted with registration. Please forward this by email
to soe2009.registration@congrex.com or by fax
+44 207 117 19 44, attention SOE 2009. If the abstract is
not accepted, the registration fee is refundable.
Changes in Registrations
Should you be unable to attend, you may be substituted by
a colleague. An administrative fee of Euro (€) 50 will then
be charged.
Group Registrations
Group registrations will be offered to groups of 20 persons
or more. Before the start of the Congress, appointments for
pre pickup of the Congress material can be made for preregistered
